Situation
Most people know what they want from an AI but not how to ask for it. PromptPal, a SecureStack Tech product, writes the prompt for them.
Task
I was Lead Product Designer at SecureStack Tech, and PromptPal was my work there. The product and the brand are SecureStack’s.
Action
This page shows the live product: one input instead of a form, one-tap starters, and a template library behind a free account.
Result
PromptPal is live at promptpal.app. I joined as it was growing; during my time sign-ups rose and it crossed 600+ users.

Most people know what they want from an AI but not how to ask for it. PromptPal closes that gap. You say what you want to do, and it writes a clear prompt you can paste into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. The first prompt needs no sign-up. PromptPal is a SecureStack Tech product, and I worked on it as the company’s Lead Product Designer.

I worked on PromptPal as Lead Product Designer at SecureStack Tech. PromptPal and its brand belong to SecureStack. The sections below show the live product.

02What’s on the page

The home is one input, not a form. You type or speak, then choose which AI the prompt is for, the model and the kind of output (writing, for example). One-tap starters such as “Write an email” and “Plan a project” sit under it. Three promises close the hero: free to try, no sign-up for your first prompt, and works with any AI.

03Templates for the next visit

Below the generator, a Prompt Store holds fill-in-the-blank templates by topic (work and email, career, marketing, learning, business, personal). Each card shows the prompt itself and how many blanks it has. Copying or exporting a template needs a free account, which gives a first-time visitor a reason to sign up.
